Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: February 12, 2026
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All new paid subscriptions to Structuru come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 30 days of your initial paid subscription, you may request a full refund—no questions asked.
To be eligible for the 30-day guarantee refund, you must have processed fewer than 50% of your plan’s monthly invoice limit (e.g., fewer than 250 invoices on the Apprentice plan). If you have exceeded this threshold, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
The 30-day guarantee applies only to the first subscription period. It does not apply to renewals, upgrades, or resubscriptions after cancellation.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
2.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time from the Billing settings page. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent months.
2.2 Refunds
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable after the 30-day money-back guarantee period. Partial-month refunds are not provided. You retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.
3. Annual Subscriptions
3.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your annual subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current annual billing period. No further charges will be made.
3.2 Refunds
Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund if cancelled within the first 90 days, provided you have not exceeded 50% of your cumulative invoice allowance for the elapsed months. After 90 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
4. Downgrades & Invoice Limits
If you downgrade from a higher-tier plan (e.g., Guru to Apprentice), the downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will retain access to your current plan’s features until then.
No refund is issued for the remaining time on a higher-tier plan when you downgrade. If you downgrade to a plan with a lower invoice limit, invoices already processed in the current period are not affected, but you will be subject to the new plan’s limits going forward.
5. Overage Charges
If your plan includes a monthly invoice limit and you exceed that limit, overage charges may apply as described in your plan terms. Overage charges are non-refundable, as they reflect usage of the Service that has already been provided.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@structuru.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5–7 business days.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
